PhD Office for the holidays will observe the following hours:

• Monday, December 23 and Tuesday, December 24: regular opening
• Monday, December 25 to Friday, December 29: closed
• Monday, December 30 and Tuesday, December 31: closed to the public and active only e-mail and telephone reception
• Wednesday, January 1 to Monday, January 6: closed
