Admission requirements and admission procedures
Prerequisites for admission.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or Master’s Degree obtained under D.M. 270/04 or Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree obtained under the laws previously in force (DM 509/99 and Old Regulations);
• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degrees from foreign institutions, deemed equivalent to the abovementioned qualifications, as determined by the admission committee;
• Knowledge of the English language, at least B1 level (it will be evaluated during the assessment interview)
Admission procedures
First stage:
Evaluation by the Selection Committee of the CV and other evidence of formal qualifications;
Second stage:
Interview with the selection committee and evaluation of English proficiency.
Objectives and educational background
Educational goals
The Master's program is part of FOOD-ER - Emilia-Romagna International Network for Education and Industrial Research on Food and Beverage. FOOD-ER aims to promote innovation in the agri-food sector of Emilia-Romagna by strengthening the international educational offering with inter-university courses taught in English. The goal is to prepare highly qualified professionals capable of competing in the current and future global job market.
