Degree Parchment

The degree parchment (original degree diploma) is the final certificate with legal value, drawn up by the university and issued in a single copy at the end of the degree programme. You can pick it up at your Registrar’s Office, either personally or via a delegated person. 

Direct collection 

Graduates up to and including A.Y. 18/19 must present themselves at their Registrar’s Office with a valid identity document and a €16 stamp duty  

For graduates from A.Y. 19/20 onwards, it is necessary to present yourself at your Registrar’s Office with just your identity card, as the stamp has already been paid when you submit your graduation application.  

Collection by proxy 

The delegate must present him/herself to the Registrar's office of the degree programme with the "Proxy to collect documents" form (attached below) completed by the delegating party, a photocopy of a valid identity document of him/herself and of the delegating party and, for degrees up to and including the A.Y. 18/19, a €16 stamp duty
